Our sales consultants are vital to the success of our business; your passion will create a strong community of members. Often the first contact our members receive; we recognise the importance of your role in the club. Responsible for the entire sales cycle you will be confident in generating your own business, touring prospective members, closing sales and building relationships to leverage mutually beneficial relationships with our members.
You will need to be passionate about Esporta and able to communicate effectively about the member experience. To be successful as an Esporta sales consultant your love for fitness should be infectious to everyone that you meet. Without a genuine passion for where you work and an innate understanding of every department you will not drive personal and business goals.
To be successful you will need to be

- A strong communicator; happily selling the benefits of Esporta membership
- Personally driven to create success for yourself and your team
- Confident and able to maintain rapport in all situations
- Always looking for additional sales opportunities
- Experienced with working in an intense target led environment

- Computer literate and able to create sales reports concisely
- Happy in a competitive sales environment but where your effort will be match with reward
