This is an outstanding opportunity to join the award winning hotel group CITY INN Contemporary Hotels as SALES MANAGER for our brand new hotel opening in December 2010 - City Inn Tower of London.
City Inn Tower of London is going to be one of the most exciting new hotel openings in London. The hotel will have 584 rooms including 20 fantastic Suites and Club Rooms. City Café - our award winning restaurant concept - and Trinity Lounge will be great destination hotspots in The City. At the heart of the hotel will be our new "Lobby Bar" situated under a magnificent glass roof. The first floor will accommodate a spectacular gallery space under the glass roof which will accommodate extensive meeting facilities - with 8 meeting rooms and a further 5 rooms on the top floor. In addition, as part of our fantastic Sky Lounge concept on the top floor there will be two spectacular roof gardens combined with some of the most exclusive meeting and private dining spaces in the City, supported by a destination lounge bar with its own covered balcony with direct views to the Tower of London.
As SALES MANAGER, your primary focus will be to maximise all sales opportunities through a structured and pro-active approach. Working with the Director of Sales - London, you will play a key role in the pre-opening strategy to ensure the hotel opens to the highest occupancy levels. You will develop business through all revenue streams and manage and develop new and existing accounts through the development of strategic action plans.
You will already be a proactive sales person with a proven track record of success in both nurturing accounts and business development. You will have already achieved success as a Sales Manager in a similar role and previous experience of a new hotel opening would be an advantage. Your people skills will be exceptional along with your ability to connect and converse with our clients and customers at all levels.
