| Product Manager / Marketing Manager required for leading heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) company. The successful candidate will have previous experience in the heating / ventilation / electrical industry. A strong building services background & experience of managing a product portfolio is crucial. ROLE: To develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, on-line and promotional activities Conduct market research to determine market requirements Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results Determine and manage the marketing budget Develop pricing strategy Education and Experience required Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification Chartered Institute Of Marketing desirable Technical marketing skills Proven experience in customer and market research Relevant knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) products Package Salary £35k-£40k+ 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, company car, mobile, laptop.
