THE ROLE:

This field sales executive position will involve selling a range of farm animal feed and for cattle, pigs and poultry, to farmers, independent pig accounts and farmers buying groups throughout the South West sales territory, including Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Devon, Dorset and Somerset and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

This dynamic company is experiencing a period of continued growth and now has an additional position on their sales team to offer a successful candidate, with superb long-term career progression opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
• Experience of selling a product to farmers. (MUST HAVE!)
• Mature outlook.
• Reliable individual.
• An interest in agriculture.
• Enthusiastic and conscientious.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Tenacious.
• Superb communication skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: 20,000-35,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
