We have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work as an Account Executive in London on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a high-growth company who, with their technology, aims to connect businesses more effectively reducing time and saving costs.
As an Account Executive, you will manage and develop existing customers and working closely with the wider team as new customers are onboarded.
- Supporting businesses to maximise the benefits of using the client’s technology
- Working closely with the wider team members to develop customer relationships, solve any challenges and present solutions
- Providing ongoing customer relationship support via telephone and email
- Updating the customer relationship system to ensure information is logged in a timely and accurate manner
- Driving engagement on the platform to ensure businesses are working together effectively
- Increasing revenue by ensuring businesses are using the platform in the best way
- Be comfortable to work in a result-driven environment with ongoing targets and metrics
- You will have HR or recruitment industry experience
- Naturally great at building a good rapport and long-term relationships with customers
- Needs to be tech-savvy
- Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, quick learner
- Enjoy a team environment working together towards common goals and growth
