Energy Sector B2B
Up to £25k basic with OTE of £35k
Our client is a high growth energy company with offices in Preston. As part of their growth they are working with us here at Better People to source an Account Manager.
The focus of the role is to drive new business, create and maximise on new opportunities and build profitable relationships with their broker network. This is a full- time phone based, B2B sales role.
You will earn a basic salary up to £25k according to experience and you will then earn an uncapped bonus/commission dependent on the business you win and bring in. The more clients you bring in, the more you will earn!
The role will be based in Preston so applicants must be able to get to Preston for work at least 3 days out of 5.
You will add an uncapped bonus to your salary and in your first year this should be around £10k.
Will have at least 3 years’ experience in a B2B sales role- ideally in the energy sector (desirable).
- Will be articulate with great communication skills and
- Will have experience talking to and influencing decision makers
- Will have used a CRM system
- Will have worked in a target and KPI focussed role in the past
- Will have phone- based sales experience
- Will be great listeners
- Will be tenacious resilient and enthusiastic
- Will be able to prove that they ” go the extra mile”.
