We are currently supporting the recruitment of an Account Manager for a dynamic and forward-thinking print management and direct mail company. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dedicated client services team responsible for the management of new and existing customer projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth management of projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications
  • Communicate changes to project plans and manage client expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Closely manage project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Manage client stock requirements and adhere to internal policies
  • Provide technical support to clients and projects as needed
  • Work closely with commercial departments to ensure accurate costings and correct stock is supplied
  • Attend client meetings to take on new briefs and review existing projects
  • Gain client feedback to make improvements to existing projects
  • Invoice projects within agreed service levels
  • Adhere to the company audit and compliance policies

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous account management experience essential
  • Experience within print or direct mail is also essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to prioritise busy workloads and multi-task
  • Work to tight deadlines and thrive in a pressurised environment
  • Good project management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Committed, hardworking and flexible

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

Salary and benefits:

  • £28,000 – £34,000 + benefits
