You will be joining a market leading security firm that has been trading for the last 13 years and have a fantastic reputation within Wales and South Wales.
Your new role:
You will be calling potential new customers from different sectors and offer them security packages that is suitable for their organisation. This customers could potentially be using a competitor for the same service so being able to handle objections and communicate the benefits changing their provider is essential
What you’ll need to succeed:
You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience within business to business sales.
- Be able to work against KPI’s and targets
- Be able to ask open and probing questions
- Be able to listen and identify buying signals
- Be able to handle objections in a professional manager
- Be able to close deals as quick as possible but in a professional and honest way
- Strong communication skills
- Be money driven and self- motivated
What you’ll get in return:
You will be on 18k to 20k basic with uncapped commission with very realistic targets and KPI’s to reach.
