Job Description
I am looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the events sales team. The ideal candidate will start developing and managing a portfolio of their own clients as well as building relationships with preexisting clients! Coming from an Events background would be ideal as you can hit the ground running knowing all about different types of equipment.

• Develop an understanding of a venue’s audio visual/ event production requirements
• Develop the pre-existing database with up to date & relevant information
• Research and populate the CRM with your own potential clientele.
• Approach clientele for introductions and service offering, build and develop the relationship until initial order
• Attend meetings with potential clients, and offering our services

  • Facilitation alongside the accounts department of first payment upfront, before first order is shipped.
    • Liaising with the operations team, to ensure the order is exact and available
    • Contacting client post event, to ensure the service surpassed their expectation, potentially attending the event to meet the client
    • Account management/ Account development thereafter.
