Our client is a leading and highly progressive MSP based in an upmarket and exciting area of Central London. The client is recruiting an Account Manager with experience in Solutions Sales within an MSP to join them at an exciting time of growth and development. The successful candidate will enjoy a fast paced and client facing position where no two days are the same.
Duties will include:
- Working closely with the New Business Sales team and Projects team
- Developing and maintaining client relationships and acting as a client consultant
- Meeting clients and consulting with them to ascertain their business needs
- Consulting with the clients regarding technical solutions and how they could improve their business
- Using technical knowledge to advise clients on relative solutions and upselling products
- Identifying and securing new business from existing client accounts
- Working to deadlines and KPI’s
- Continually developing product knowledge as the company grows
Skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in a Managed Services Provider essential
- Background in Solutions Selling
- At least two years account management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
