Our client is seeking 2 x Account Managers to join their growing business. Working 8.45am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9.15am – 3.30pm Friday, Company benefits include pension, medicash, staff days out, and 28 days annual leave including bank hols. You will be joining a great team with a supportive and friendly company culture and strong retention rate.All of their client accounts are long standing with the majority having used their services for over 5 years.They offer full training including ongoing support on all aspects of account management.Basic salary of £18K plus the opportunity to earn up to £800 per month with additional bonus
Duties will include
Making outbound business to business calls to on behalf of clients with the aim of increasing their client specification rates.
Via scripted research calls, you will be generating enquiries, marketing the client, qualifying leads and database information and arranging business appointments on behalf of their clients.
Recording accurate and detailed call notes using a bespoke CRM system
Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis
Working towards set KPI’s
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of their clients products and services (full training will be provided)
Communicate effectively their clients key features and benefits by email and telephone
Outbound call experience
Excellent communication skills
Confident and self motivated
Results driven with a “can-do” attitude
Good attention to detail/accuracy
Closing the call
Proven history of achieving targets and working to daily KPI’s
Good investigative skills and ability to solve problems
Flexible approach to meet the demand of the business
