B2B Sales Account Manager duties include:
Conducting outbound Business2Business sales calls – both cold and warm leads
Managing email/website enquiries
Taking inbound phone enquiries
Account managing existing customers in order to maximise the value of each account
Providing consistently excellent customer-service
Making effective notes on the company’s CRM system
Being involved in a range of marketing campaigns from start to completion
The ideal B2B Sales Account Manager will be/have:
An outgoing and positive attitude
Proven track record in telephone sales, either inbound or outbound
Business to business (B2B) sales would also be advantageous
Excellent communicator with professional phone manner
Ability to persuade and influence others
Strong motivation and target focus
Excellent organizational skills
Good administrative and IT skills
