As part of our exciting project trailing installations to customers within a designated region, we are currently looking for talented and creative Installations Sales Designers to join our newly created Installations team on a fixed term basis for the duration of the trial.
The suitable candidate will be someone who has fantastic creative and listening skills and can turn a customer’s ideas into an inspiring bathroom design. You will also need to have outstanding sales skills with the ability to influence and close a sale for both the overall design and products but also to sell our Installation Service.
This role includes communicating directly with our customers to understand their specific bathroom requirements and taking them on a journey in the design of their dream bathroom through to installation.
It will also involve liaising and handover with the installations project coordinator, along with other areas of the business to ensure a first-class service is provided for our customers. This role will be full time at 37.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends and evenings so full flexibility is required.
• Listening to and understanding customer requirements • Discussing with confidence why the customer should choose Victoria Plum for their project • Guiding the customer through the bathroom design and delighting them with the installation design service • Generating beautiful bathroom designs that inspire the customer and captures their needs using our 3D CAD system • Prepare product and installation estimates in line with customer requirements • Assign project to the Installation team and book customer appointments for a home survey • Identify and resolve any survey queries • Close the sale for both the design and installation service and understand and overcome any objections / barriers confidently • Prepare final quote of sale • Confirm all details with the customer prior to handing over to Installations Project Co Ordinator • Consolidate sale by offering different payment options • Book Installation start date with both Customer and Installer • Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale • Maintain CRM information in line with company policies
The ideal candidate must be experienced in 3D CAD design, ideally experienced in Fusion 20/20 but we can train the right candidate. Experienced in ideally designing bathrooms for customers with a reputable brand and a great eye for detail and able to offer solutions. You must be customer focused with great communication, influencing and closing of the sales skills. Highly driven, enthusiastic, hands on and a great team player. You must also have experience of multiple computer applications including web-based systems and Microsoft Word and Excel. The suitable candidate must also be flexible to accommodate weekend and evening working on a rota basis.
