Branch Sales Manager

Eurocell Plc are a dynamic manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of building products, and we serve the nation via our network of over 200 retail branches across the UK.  We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be growing our team further as we are looking for a successful Branch Sales Manager to cover our Gloucester and Tewkesbury area.

As a Branch Sales Manager for Eurocell you will promote our expanding and innovative product range through developing relationships with local trade people and trade companies.

You will provide sales development and effective management to your branch in order to achieve requirements in terms of financial performance, health & safety and the long term development and well-being of the business

Duties:

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers to improve the volume and probability of sales
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas through regular feedback
  • Agree marketing and sales campaigns with Regional Management Team
  • In conjunction with the Branch Manager monitor discounts given to customers
  • Prepare quotations for potential customers
  • Work with the Branch Manager to ensures deliveries to Customers are made within agreed timescales
  • Implement innovation and change management initiatives to improve business performance
  • Responsible for the management, development and motivation of the branch staff
  • Report the branch results and implement corrective actions
  • Agree marketing and sales campaigns with Regional Management Team

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Consistent track record of field based business development success and managing trade staff.
  • Experienced within the building, merchanting or industrial supplies industry
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills and be accomplished at preparing and delivering sales presentations to a diverse customer base
  • Self-motivated, target orientated, proactive in approach and have great commercial acumen
  • A confident IT user
  • A “can do”, solution focussed outlook
  • A valid driving licence is essential
