Business Development Consultant (Homebased – North West)

Job Title:                          Business Development Consultant (Telesales)

Reporting To:                  Contact Centre Manager

Location:                          North West (home based)

Hours of Work:               08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Salary:                              Up to £24,000 + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £45,000)

 What’s the role?

  •  B2B cold calling prospective clients
  • Fact finding and rapport building over the telephone
  • Management of CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ensuring all notes are accurate on system
  • Managing call backs effectively
  • Pipeline management
  • Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
  • Meet personal targets set
  • Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients

About you

The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, along with a structured approach including strong objection handling skills.

You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport, have strong influencing skills and be a team player with the ability to shine as an individual.

For our homeworking roles, it is expected that you have experience of working from home and adequate office space available – The rest we will provide!
