Established for 40 years, and now one of the North West’s leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Executive from the Laser Cutting/ Profiling/ Tube Laser Cutting Industry to join our busy and expanding Laser team.


Opportunities exist for self-motivated, high achieving Business Development Executive with a proven track record within Laser Cutting/ Profiling/ Tube Laser Cutting Sales to sell our Services.

The underlying objective is to manage an existing and further develop a client base in a competitive market; identifying new business opportunities via cold calling/networking and ensuring our customer needs and expectations are met on a daily basis.


Successful candidates must have direct relevant experience within the Laser Cutting/ Profiling/ Tube Laser Cutting Industry.

  • Generate new business opportunities within your territory
  • Sourcing new customers, generating business at a senior level, and maintaining a high standard of service
  • Promote the products and services of the entire WEC Group
  • Produce weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasting data
  • Reporting to the National Sales Manager at regular meetings to review KPI targets
  • Create and deliver successful presentations – (all levels)
