Working for a market leading specialist based in Lincolnshire, you will join as Business Development Manager. They manage the disposal of surplus assets for a range of different businesses, and you will be identifying potential new clients and reaching out to explain what the business does and how they can help their clients realise a return on obsolete; redundant or saleable equipment.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients as well – communicating regularly with key clients by phone and face to face. You will be expert in building relationships with new clients, and be able to quickly establish what they are looking to achieve and build a proposal that meets their needs and makes commercial sense for all parties.
You will have a proven track record in maintaining and growing existing accounts and identifying and bringing on board new ones. You will have a background in providing solutions and services rather than selling products and be able to clearly demonstrate the commercial value of the relationships you have managed.
In return you will be well looked after, part of a small and highly successful team that boast an average length of service of ten years. The role is based in Skegness, Lincolnshire and covers the whole of the UK. You will need to be able to travel to the office a couple of days a week – it is key that you are part of the team so a presence in the office is important.
