As a Business Development Manager…
You will be growing the territory of existing customers and manage the generation of new business which will be approximately 80% of your time. Working in partnership with a selected Account Manager to build the relationship with key employees to create a team approach to achieving targets. Working closely with National Account Managers where necessary to develop an understanding for the group accounts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within the food industry and have excellent organisational skills. As this role is customer facing you will have outstanding interpersonal skills and can negotiate with customers. You will be bringing in new business aligned with your targets, retaining and growing your accounts.
