Our client is a leading producer of high quality of free from products to small retailers and looking to expand into national retailers, food service providers and international markets. Due to a sustained period of growth and a planned factory expansion my client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the sales department and lead from the front.

As a Business Development Manager you will directly reporting to the Sales Director your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

*Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
*Identify and build new client relationships.
*Ensure all sales targets are met.

A successful candidate will have experience in managing a team in a fast paced sales environment as well as being able to adapt to the business changing demands during this period of growth. In addition to a proven track record within sales and demonstrable examples of where they added value to a business.
