We are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead relationships in the South West.

In this role you will implement a strategy for the generation of new business opportunities for Bluefin Network, through the identification and targeting of independent brokers. You will also develop and drive new business initiatives to meet organisational targets. A significant part of your role will also be to extend existing relationships through the formulation and review of development plans.

You will manage your geographical area (including Bristol, Cornwall, Devon and Wales), developing pipelines and generating new business revenue for the business.

We are looking for someone with proven sales performance from a broker network environment. You have a thorough understanding of commercial insurance products and are able to promote propositions with ease, by balancing your exceptional technical and relationship management skills. You are a strategic thinker, with a strong commercial acumen and enjoy delivering business targets.
