I am recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a market leading – forward thinking Network Communications business.
This role is new to the business as they are continuously growing and wanting to take the business to the next level.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, create a pipeline, develop current accounts, secure meetings and close sales opportunities
- Meet customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges that they face
- Communicate the benefits of working with the brand
- Maintain and execute an ongoing sales plan with new and current customers
- Support new and existing customers and offer ongoing customer care to support their needs
- Attend seminars, exhibitions and relevant trade fairs for the target market
- Issue regular reports about current activity and plans for the future
- Liaise with all necessary departments within the business from engineer-level to board-level
- Self motivate – self starter who is driven to convert new sales opportunities
- Understanding of technical aspects of communications and networks
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work from engineer level up to board-level
- Innovative and creative mind
