A leading global materials handling organisation is looking for an experienced Business Solutions Manager to support the business in achieving projected turnover growth targets by developing new business streams within their current client portfolio and to generate new business opportunities.
As the Business Solutions Manager you’ll be responsible for:
*Customer client contact – basic prospecting
*Leading tender preparation/delivery – meeting customer/market needs
*Leading/managing tender teams – managing technical/program/resources
*Delivering design solution though from tender to implementation
*Supporting other business solutions managers in tender preparation and delivery
*Supporting group level tender preparation and delivery
*Using company sales and proposals tools and techniques in delivering overall key sales objectives
*Meeting sales and proposal performance targets
*Meeting individual/ sales targets
To be successful in the role of Business Solutions Manager you’ll have the following skills and experience:
*Proven track record of converting business concepts into revenue streams ideally within the UK and Western or Northern Europe
*Developing and delivering marketing strategies for new business concepts
*Technical Account Management Experience
*Experience in identifying and communicating new business cost and potential profit structure
*Experience in a similar role within an engineering environment
*Bids and Tenders expertise
