Business Support Coordinator

I am currently working on behalf of a company within the care industry who require someone who can provide comprehensive sales and marketing support service as a Business Support Coordinator to a designated region of their portfolio as well as promoting their message.

With your effective communication, good organisational and great customer service skills you will compile, maintain and support a detailed marketing plan. You will also coordinate mystery shops, compile respite feedback, support twice yearly Resident & Relatives meetings and surveys and Support Open Days/Themed events at home level.

You will also:

  • Manage inbound calls promptly, professionally and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of healthcare professionals
  • Provide weekly bed availability updates to Social Work and Discharge Teams
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, family members and care home staff to ensure all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively
  • Follow up all enquiries from initiation to conclusion to maximise occupancy, working closely at all times with the home to ensure a joined up approach
  • Support the marketing of the homes; leaflet, banners and newspaper advertising
