Launched in 2006, razorblue is an IT solution provider Head Quartered in the North East supporting businesses across the UK. With 7 offices and 120+ staff we offer clients a genuine 24/7 support service through our own internal service desk, implementation team, software developers and cabling engineers.

The Role

We are looking for an organised Business Support Executive to join our Team.  As the Business Support Executive, you will assist the various teams within the business with general sales support and operational duties.

Your duties will include:

  • Work with our vendors to produce quotations as requested by Account Managers
  • Place orders for goods as requested by Account Managers
  • Raising orders and invoices for minor work carried out by the Technical Team
  • Create project plans for small projects including laptop deployments
  • Liaise direct with clients providing quotes and completing orders for laptops/desktop equipment

  • Answering telephone calls and routing them appropriately
  • Check daily reports and tracking for goods duo to be received and update Account Managers accordingly if any deliveries are delayed
  • Opening post, dating it and distributing it appropriately within the company
  • Booking accommodation and travel for team members where requested
  • Accepting deliveries

What we’re looking for

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure on a wide range of tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A confident, professional manner together with an ability to establish good rapport with colleagues and suppliers
  • A strong administrative background
