We are currently on the lookout for a Category Marketing Manager to work within a large Fresh Food business in the Lincolnshire area. The ideal candidate will be someone with a mix of Commercial and Marketing experience, as the role will work across both of these categories.
You will be accountable for the collation, analysis, reporting and presentation of all external market data for the business while delivering market leading understanding of market intelligence, interpretation and inspiring innovation.
You will investigate both qualitative and quantitative data that is pertinent to the category, tasks and projects.
You will manage the retail price databases, including promotional and photographic information.
You will support the Head of Category Marketing and Insights in delivering business strategies and development projects.
Using your creative side and experience you will ‘think outside of the box’ and develop new ideas to market the brand commercially.
You’ll be experienced in B2B and B2C marketing plan development, negotiation and delivery.
Ideally you will have a related degree, but experience in the role is more important.
Have experience of working for one of the top grocery retailers to show that you understand the market.
Capable of determining business needs through initiative and excellent communication.
A confident and well-presented individual.
