Our continued success and growth means that we have a requirement for a talented and tenacious Client Services Executive to join our highly successful team focusing on managing specific accounts and maximising on existing relationships. Promoting and driving our full range of bespoke business telecommunication solutions.
The ideal Client Services Executive will be an outstanding relationship builder. You will be target driven, determined with a strategic approach to winning business. You will have strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and will have a history of successful sales within a similar position.
Role will involve:
Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
Understanding the customers longer term needs
Upselling new products and services to customers
Resolve any issues that may occur
Deliver consistently high customer service at all times
