Commercial Poultry Account Manager
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
COMPANY: Enva Wood Recycling – easichick
JOB LOCATION: Home Based – with at least 3/4 days out on the road visiting customers
SALARY: Competitive
Are you ready for an challenge within a successful growing company? Enva Wood have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Poultry Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customer relationships, maintain existing relationships and network to grow our market share
- Promoting and selling easichick commercial poultry bedding with both face-to-face visits and telesales
- Communicate internally among team to maximize opportunities with customers
- Attend shows and open days/evenings – any poultry events
- Maintain an open line of communication with your Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and visit reports on a weekly basis
- Develop and maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge
- Provide samples, literature, and other marketing tools in support of the brand and product in your specific market
Person Specifications
- Knowledge of the commercial poultry industry essential
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own diary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of customer service and negotiation
- Experience of working to and exceeding targets
- Target-driven and results-orientated
- A great communicator and skilled at building rapport with people quickly
- Focused and organised with good attention to detail.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Hold a valid Driver’s Licence.
- Be computer literate
Ideally, the successful person will have a sales background, excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively with peers and customers at all levels, via telephone, email and in person, and use their own initiative whilst also being a good team player. The role will require exceptional organisational skills, good time management and a friendly but professional manner.
