I am currently working with a manufacturing business based in Mildenhall, who are looking to recruit an administrator to their team. This business has been established for over 30 years and has led the industry in creating adaptable, sensible and secure products.
The main purpose of this position is to assist in a variety of administrative/sales duties alongside a small team, whilst supporting the Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate for this role with have good administration and customer service skills and an enthusiastic and outgoing personality!
Duties to include:
•Liaising with customers via telephone and email, using the opportunity to build relationships with these customers
•Assist the Area Sales Managers in completing objectives including monthly sales targets
•Updating customer price books
•Managing quotations between the Sales Managers and their customers
•Maintaining the CRM database keeping it updated and accurate
•Liaise with all other departments where necessary
•Promoting Group S brand and its products
•Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
•Previous sales/customer services experience would be desirable
•Excellent telephone manner
•Being able to work on own initiative
