Role Insight

Due to continued success and expansion our busy Sales operation is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join their dynamic team. The role is a varied one and the successful candidates will be self motivated and hungry sales professionals with an exemplary track record of Account management and new business generation. Not only can you sell and support the client but you can add value and spot opportunities.

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join the sales team at a major supplier of Ready mix concrete and Aggregates services.
  • We are looking for candidates to cover the Leicester, Cambridge, Peterborough, Northampton and Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. There is also a requirement to cover nationwide for some aspects of our services.
  • Autonomous, field based role.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage work loads.
  • Provide general administrative duties to the Concrete Operations Team including generating sales reports.
  • As the Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling the full range of services to both existing and new clients and ensuring that close contact is maintained with these customers.

Key Skills/Qualifications required

  • Pro-active, driven sales person who has a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals.
  • A good communicator on different levels.
  • Hungry for success you will use initiative and determination to maximise revenue
  • Previous background in contract sales or construction services.
  • Experience within the concrete industry.
  • Excellent I.T. skills, including all main MSOffice applications.
  • Numerate and excellent attention to detail.
  • Dynamic and prepared to go the extra mile.
  • A team player who can also work off own initiative.
