About the Client:

We are a dynamic independent cleaning company who operate nationally delivering high quality professionally managed integrated cleaning service to a wide range of businesses. We believe in providing an enterprise level service with a friendly and direct approach – built on strong relationships with all of our customers. In order to keep our core values we have offices across the UK to ensure we can service our customer’s needs.

About the Role:

  • Developing business in the London area to end user organisations in various business sectors
  • Generating own leads whilst converting those provided
  • Build a sales pipeline of new business opportunities that will ensure that the sales target will be met
  • Identifying opportunities in the territory and taking the opportunity from initial contact through to closing of sale
  • Reporting to board level

About the Candidate:

  • Proven track record in solution/ services sales
  • Experience selling Contract Cleaning Services is advantageous
  • Commercially astute with experience winning low to medium size business
  • Based within a commutable distance from London

Points of Appeal:

  • Basic salary with OTE of £60k+
  • Straight forward commission structure (% of revenue)
  • Company vehicle, phone, laptop
  • Scope for progression
