Base salary to £22,500 with commission the Ote is £30,000 + excellent benefits package.

Overview of the role
These positions are a 50/50 mix between a B2B Product based Customer Service / Customer Retention role and a Sales Account Manager position. This role will see someone mostly in-house (telephone) Customer Support and Account Manage client relationships and up and cross sell relevant products where appropriate.
Our client Is looking to hire positive, friendly, ambitious, self-confident and motivated candidates with superb communication skills who love working in a team.
From an experience perspective I am keen to speak with people with:
- 12months+ experience successful experience in a Sales Account Manager or a Customer Retention related job (ideally in a target driven environment).
• Any Technical or Software/ Web skills would be advantageous but not necessary.
