Customer Success Executive

Majenta Solutions are expanding their Sales department to include a new Customer Success Executive, an inside sales role to drive lead generation. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career within our award-winning team, working with some of the best people in the Automotive, Aerospace, Construction and Manufacturing sectors. You will be representing Majenta Solutions at our prestigious Coventry Offices next to Jaguar Land Rover, supporting the field sales teams.

In this role you will: –

  • Customer calling to ensure success of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Client prospecting
  • New customer acquisition
  • Source new opportunities from existing clients
  • Utilise social media as a social selling tool
  • Lead nurturing, working closely with the field sales team
  • Nurture existing Dassault Systèmes Division customers to ensure that they are satisfied, loyal and that we are continually exploring additional opportunities
  • Communicate Majenta sales initiatives to customers and prospects
  • Work with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities for up and cross sell in account base
  • Create opportunities for Dassault Systèmes services within existing customers and prospects
  • Re engage dormant accounts with relevant products, services and offers
  • Distribute customer communications including welcome, updates, feedback, offers and further information
  • Follow-up of incoming leads and tasks assigned by marketing
  • Nurture warm leads provided by marketing
  • Review marketing intelligence supplied by marketing
  • Account based marketing support and follow up when necessary
  • Follow up leads provided through Pardot
  • Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives
  • Build customer and prospect reports
  • Support marketing with the distribution of promotional emails
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate

Successful candidates will be:

  • Educated to degree level in either a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths), Marketing or Business subject
  • Telesales or Telemarketing experience
  • Experience with using social media for business
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • “Real” organisational skills
  • The determination to succeed and reach goals (set by the manager and by themselves)
  • The unquestioned acceptance that they will go the extra mile
  • Strong, driven mentality – a self-starter
  • Good telephone manner
  • Manages conflicting priorities to ensure objectives are achieved, and deadlines are met
  • Contribute to ideas, approaches, and insights that enable innovation
  • Have a passion for technology and always aspire to learn more
  • Understand how to offer “Value” to a customer
