Duties and Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at Wyoming you’ll be expected to take ownership of the client relationship. You’ll be prepared to spend the necessary time and effort to really get to know your clients, their industries, their challenges and their business objectives. Key to success in this role will be your ability to work with clients to define what success looks like for each project. This will form the basis from which you and your team will be able to plan carefully, execute thoroughly and deliver consistently. No two days will ever be the same. The range of activities you might expect to manage include:
- Marketing automation and CRM programme
- eCommerce optimization
- SEO/SEM initiatives
- CMS support and testing
- UX design
- Application testing
- Data analytics
- And of course, budgeting and project management
It’s likely you’ll have more than 2 years’ experience of Digital Account Management or Digital Product Management and be comfortable identifying and translating Client business requirements into tight briefs for your colleagues in UX, Engineering, Demand Generation and Data Science. You’ll have gained this experience within a digital agency, ISV or a digital-first client environment. Whilst you don’t need any development chops, you’ll definitely need to have worked directly with software engineers and digital creative teams and be familiar with the full development lifecycle. Some experience of Google products would also be a distinct advantage – Google Ads, Analytics, GTM etc.We’re looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a great communicator (written and verbal), and who’s prepared to take responsibility to solve ambiguity in order to deliver results for their clients.
