You will form part of a talented multi-disciplinary team from our base in Edinburgh working across paid ads strategy, deployment, and performance reporting. Your role will involve technical, content creation and marketing disciplines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working with and reporting to the CEO, you will have experience in planning and delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns with monthly ROAS reporting across the spectrum of full digital marketing channels including but not limited to Youtube Vide Ads, Google Display and Remarketing (PPC), LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Sector-specific Websites/Journals/Other.

Key Accountabilities

Strategy: Develop digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee yearly digital marketing plan and campaign roll-out, including media buying and planning. Optimise reporting on agreed KPIs.

Sales Acquisition Funnel: Drive growth by generating new leads through paid channels mapping our user journeys and being responsible for the sales funnel and path-to-conversion process tracking across webinar registration, demo booking, registration and Intercom chat.

Email Marketing: Develop email marketing strategy for all business verticals. Implement a digital automation plan to deliver personalised content to defined customer segments.

Reporting: Monitor and report on channel and campaign performance via Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, CRM and other systems to test/learn and optimise both on-site and across all media.

Team liaison and management: Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the digital marketing team and their ongoing development.

Budgeting and Finance: Inform budgetary requirements for ad spend

Digital Brand Management: Adapt brand guidelines and tone of voice to online channels acting as brand champion across the firm to ensure identity is adhered to across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of five years’ experience in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix (preferably in B2B Digital Marketing).

Up to date Google Ads and Analytics Certification/Qualifications.

Ability to research, prepare, justify and present digital marketing proposals to senior management.

Extensive experience of delivering paid ads campaigns across Youtube, LinkedIn, AdWords, including in-depth keyword research to inform campaign structure and UTM tracking.

Solid understanding of sales and leads funnel and implementation.

Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, White-Hat SEO best practice and algorithmic factors for SERPS.

Experience of Management reporting on ROAS, Conversions and Revenue across multiple ad campaigns and channels.

Beneficial Skills/Experience:

Experience using Slack, Jira, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides & Google Meet, Hootsuite & SEMrush, HMTL, CSS, XML

Significant experience managing and developing website(s)/landing pages.

Data literate, able to review/assess/make recommendations as a result of analysis

Knowledge of current data protection legislation and GDPR guidelines.
