An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Yeovil.  This is a key role, reporting to our Head of eCommerce and responsibilities include the continued development of the company website, ensuring the content, format and product range remain leading edge in addition to creating innovative marketing strategies to increase traffic and build sales through the website to both our trade and retail customers.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will continually review the website to ensure it optimises sales potential whilst at the same time ensure our selling prices are benchmarked against competitors, working closely with the purchasing team to drive down cost prices and to develop the product offering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a small team providing leadership, direction and motivation. You will also be responsible for the digital marketing budget and will plan and control all expenditure within this.

Previous experience with CMS platforms and data management tools, a working knowledge of PPC, SEO, affiliates, email marketing and Google Analytics is key. You will also have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a digital marketing role, a proven record of managing and delivering sales growth and the desire and drive to help develop a high-performing team.
