If you have experience working for a large, fast paced business ideally in retail, distribution, leisure, FMCG, hospitality or an agency background, or working for companies who are at the forefront of customer innovation when it comes to Digital Marketing, you could be perfect for this role.

I am looking for a  high calibre Marketing Manager with a proven track record in all aspects of digital marketing and a proven track record in a fast paced e-commerce business that will allow you to continue to drive the business forward at a rapid rate.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of the digital acquisition and retention strategies.
Manage the website and through innovative and creative content development and merchandising programmes
Deliver monthly campaign reporting and data analysis, identifying trends, campaign learnings
Co-ordinate all aspects of database management; cleansing, data capture and segmentation enhancement
Utilise a range of acquisition techniques including SEO and partnerships
Manage and develop the social media presence
Manage monthly digital budgets and goals in line with targets
Explore opportunities for new & existing CRM programmes followed by implementation and testing
Implement data analysis and email marketing best practise to drive engagement rates

Required Experience:
Degree educated or equivalent / Marketing Qualification
4+ years previous experience in a similar digital role in a fast paced, commercially focused e-commerce business
Passion and track record for working with design and technical agencies (or internal I.T development teams) to deliver fantastic user experiences and improving conversion and average order values
Good knowledge of email marketing, social media, search engine optimization and performance media
Good knowledge of third-party reporting tools and analytics platforms including Google Analytics
Experience  developing and managing website content
Experience in budget and people management
An understanding of the Adobe creative suite and html.
