Jazz Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Teesside Digital Agency and have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious Telesales professional to join our client’s expanding sales team.

The Role

You will be expected to generate new sales leads through a variety of sources, matching products that best serve your customer’s needs. In addition, you will be offering additional products to complement the existing client base.

• Building and nurturing a successful sales pipeline through telephone based activity
• Using effective questioning skills to identify client needs and providing solutions
• Establishing fantastic business relationships with a range of decision makers including Directors and Marketing Managers
• Being alert to and then implementing cross selling and upselling opportunities
• Closing for business

The Candidate

You will be a target orientated, driven individual with a tenacious attitude. You will have previous experience working in a business to business sales environment, ideally within digital marketing. The role will suit a candidate who is naturally confident with a great telephone manner and excellent negotiation skills.

What’s in it for you?

This is a permanent position with a salary of £15,000 – £24,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. You can also take advantage of our client’s uncapped commission structure, the more you sell – the more you earn!

Working hours – Monday to Thursday – 9am – 5.15pm – Friday 9am – 4pm.

In addition, you will receive 28 days’ holiday per annum including public holidays, rising by one day each year up to a maximum of 31 days.
