Event Sales Manager for Fantastic Event Caterer in Birmingham up to 35K plus Bonus
A fantastic opportunity has become available with one of Birmingham top visitor attractions
The Company caters for a vast range of events, from small private dinners to weddings/high profile product launches and VIP events.
The ideal candidate would have worked in a luxury/bespoke event catering environment/hotel and managed high profile luxury clients.
•Plan and manage all events from proposal to execution
•Deliver events on time, within budget that meet and exceed expectations
•Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships
•Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team
•Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery
•Manage and develop supplier relationships
•Provide cost effective budgets for staffing/equipment/wastage
•Maintain positive relationships with all venue departments
•Good communication skills with clients and staff
•Excellent organisational and administrative skills
•A cool head to deal with last minute changes and provide solutions
•Knowledge of preferred suppliers AV/Linen/equipment
•Great team leader and motivator
•Creative visionary that can grow the business
