Job Details

Events Sponsorship Sales Executive/ Consultant, Cornwall based with international travel once a year.

£20,000-£30,000 basic dependant on experience with a further 30% OTE available with full benefits package.

Our Client, a true global leader within their sector(s) are looking for an additional Events Sponsorship Sales Consultant to join their team.

They have experienced fast growth in the past five years and are looking to recruit a commercially-savvy and confident sponsorship sales executive to drive revenue for the events department. The role would suit someone with a couple of years’ experience, or returning to work after a break. Account management experience, an understanding of the B2B events space and a confident phone manner are a must.

Main Responsibilities

Generating interest in our clients event portfolio via supplied and self-sourced leads.

Speaking to relevant C-level B2B decision makers to discuss their potential needs and how the event would be beneficial to them.

Highlighting the benefits of the event to the client and identifying how it will be of value to their business.

Combining excellent industry and product knowledge, with drive and a flair for strong relationship building on the telephone at all levels.

Closing of sales over the phone or by booking further appointments with the decision makers for onsite meetings.

Faultless updating of the company CRM system with the details of your prospects and call outcomes.

Accurate reporting of weekly activities to meet agreed KPIs.

Must Haves

You will be a motivated, dynamic and self-driven individual who is confident and professional in approach.

At ease speaking to C-level corporate executives.

Possess strong interpersonal, organisation and time management skills.

An understanding of a Microsoft Dynamics (CRM system) would be of benefit
