Exhbition Sales Executive required for a very well known International Exhibition organiser based in Central London. These guys run a large number of B2B Exhibitions here in the UK and Worldwide across sectors such as Construction, Energy, Maritime, Packaging and Retail.

Overview of Position
The Sales Executive will be responsible primarily for new business sales on 2 B2B Exhibitions, one in Asia the other in Europe, they will be responsible for growing segments of both shows. The European show is a very well established show while the Asian show is relatively new. It has strong local and international support, they need a dual language Sales Executive to grow the new business in China, Pan-Asia and the rest of the world. There is a lot of opportunity for sales within both shows, as they are growing each year.
The Sales Executive will sell stand space for both shows to new companies, however there will be opportunity to sell stand space to some previous business. 90% of the sales will be done via telephone sales, but there will be an opportunity to visit competitive trade shows and also other face to face meetings. Also the Sales Executive will contribute towards onsite sales rebook for both shows and will attend both shows.
The Sales Executive role will be a core and important part of the Event Team. This role is suitable for a candidate who has a passion for sales, is keen to succeed, ambitious, happy to work autonomously whilst also within the overall Event Team. They need to be able to take initiative. You will need to work closely with the Sales Executive in China and also the Sales Manager, as well as the marketing and conference teams. This is a brand that is developing and growing and it requires both a passionate and a consultative approach; customer care, drive and team work are crucial.
To be considered for this role you must have a proven background within B2B Exhibition/Conference/Media sales with at least 1 year to 18 months experience.
