Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

Job Details

Are you a tenacious and professional individual, with a natural sales ability, looking for a new opportunity within a renowned Estate Agency?

2 years’ experience in residential sales is required, with a proven successful track record in listing/valuations.

Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 6:30pm, Friday and Saturday 8:30am – 5:30pm

£18,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary (dependent on experience)

OTE circa £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus car allowance

Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent

Welling, Kent

Duties include:

* Growing the property register by winning instructions

* Assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit

* Qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties

* Viewing properties

* Negotiating offers

* Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion

* Referral of Mortgage Business

Our clients require:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels

* High attention to detail

* Good telephone manner and positive attitude

* Self-starter with the drive to succeed

* Excellent sales ability and listing experience
