Salary: £30,000-Dependant on experience + up to £20k OTE uncapped commission

We are working exclusively with our Client, a privately owned family run business with over 80 years experience in the design and manufacture of blast finishing, spray wash and ultrasonic cleaning machinery. With a ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation and the finishing equipment division has recently received BS OHSAS: 2007.
With a number of acquisitions over the years and supplying in to a vast range of manufacturing industries most notably the aerospace industry.
As a Field Sales Engineer reporting to our UK Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of capital equipment, consumables, spares and services to a wide variety of industrial customers across the South East, reporting daily on sales pipeline and forecast.
Typically, you would use one day per week to plan and organise and plan productive sales activities, including visiting new and existing customers, following up leads and prospecting.
With a proven sales acumen and business development skills and an established track record selling in to the engineering, manufacturing and MRO sectors, you are strong on pro actively developing new opportunities and maintaining long term business relationships. With excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills that will enable you to present technical solutions confidently at all levels.
