Our client is a fast-growing international company leader in the publishing industry.

Responsibilities:

Finnish Sales Executive (Publishing)
Business development, publishing, Marketing, Lead Generation, Telesales, Telemarketing, Warm calling, Customer Service, Finland, Finnish, Subscription.
Location: Central London (zone 1)
At commutable distance from National Rail, London Underground.
Salary: up to £35,000 pa OTE

Main duties:
To maintain and develop the company’s sales interest within the Finnish Market. This is NOT a cold calling role, the candidate will contact customers who are already interested in the product and requested a call back.

The Role:
– To identify and execute targeted marketing initiatives on the Finnish Market.
– To generate new sales from customers who opted in for a call back.
– To follow up enquiries.
– To provide quotations and process orders.
– To understand the company’s products.
– To provide exceptional customer services.
– To keep the client database updated.

Candidate’s Profile:

– Fluent in Finnish to mother tongue standard (Written & Spoken). 
– Driven / eager to succeed.
– IT literate.
– Good telephone manners.
– Call centre experience and telesales skills are desirable.
– Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
