Q.     Who are we looking for?

A.     Someone with experience of motor trade sales administration or working in an sales focused administration environment. We like you to have drive, energy and the motivation to be successful. You will need to have great attention to detail and be able to deal with each of our customers being different and having different requirements. A passion for cars is also helpful!

Q.     What will you be doing on a daily basis?

A.     You will be responsible for enabling us to deliver customers cars by raising vehicle invoices, taxing vehicles, updating manufacturer systems, registering warranty policies, ensuring all parts of the delivery process has been completed.  Critically this will ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they enter the showroom to the point they pick up their new car!

Q.     What experience do you need?

A.     We are looking for people that have proven administration experience. Experience of CDK Autoline (Kerridge) our dealer management system would also be a great benefit.

Q.     What training will you receive?

A.     You will receive extensive in house training complimented by external course such as AFRL accreditation (Government approval to tax vehicles). Some of our Manufacturer brand partners also providing training courses for this role which we would also look to utilise.

Q.     What qualifications do you need?

A.     It is essential that you have good numeracy and literacy skills, applicants should have gained GCSE passes at C or above in Maths & English.
