The Job

TAD enables our clients to choose exactly which passengers they want to reach with their adverts by using our targeted advertising solutions on print-at-home boarding passes, smart phone boarding passes, web pages and confirmation emails. Advertising is automatically chosen and delivered according to parameters such as destination, origination, gender, class flown and passenger nationality.

You

As TAD Global Sales Account Manager you will be selling targeted advertising solutions (boarding passes, web pages and confirmation emails) to businesses who benefit from attracting a travelling audience. You will manage the entire sales process – from lead sourcing to closing the sale – to ensure delivery against key performance metrics. You will also take responsibility and ownership of any new business brought on board. All our TAD Global Sales Account Managers need to be aware of any changes in the market that affect their target audience. They also need to understand what the competition is doing, both ours and our clients’. You will be dealing with an array of clients: buyers, directors, key decision makers and you will be negotiating contracts and closing the deals on the daily basis.

Your duties:

  • prospecting new business opportunities
  • sourcing new leads on a daily basis
  • cold calling potential clients
  • objection handling and negotiation
  • closing the deals over the phone
  • building long term relationships with relevant businesses
  • constant self-study, learning about the changes in the markets and sector/industries you are working on
  • meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals

Requirements

About you:

  • excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • experience in media sales
