Graduate Junior Account Manager
£23-£25K + OTE £19K

We are working exclusively with this SAP and Infor Sunsystems Gold Partner out of their HQ in The Shard. With a global presence and a successful history, this multi-million pound turnover organisation has managed to grow steadily year on year. With a rich knowledge in their marketplace, commitment to clients and a rich portfolio of software solutions and services, this company is set to grow even further and is looking to introduce fresh commercial talent into their already successful team!
As a Junior Account Manager, you will join one of the two main commercial teams. Each team has an already very well established client base. You role will involve extensive training and phone-based activity to develop and build relationships with existing accounts with the aim of meeting these clients face to face, understanding their business and providing them with further solutions that will benefit their business.
The successful applicant will undergo extensive product and sales training. You will learn how to develop accounts, build trust and rapport with clients and gain a technical understanding that will allow you to provide valuable consultation to your accounts. As you progress, you will be able to move up through the team towards more senior Account Management roles, working with larger enterprises and handling much larger deal sizes. Their best salespeople are comfortably earning six-figure salaries.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be/have:

• Eager to learn with a keen interest in technology and/or business processes
• Educated to a degree level
• Able to build and nurture relationships with clients
• Coachable and ready to learn, keen to progress their training and absorb new information
• Confident and credible
• Articulate and well-presented
