With your dynamic and aspiring attitude, you will develop outstanding account management skills and our expert team will enable you to learn the “craft” of recruitment, whilst working alongside instantly recognised brands and global businesses.
You will have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, and be able to manage your time effectively, in order to generate maximum revenue for the Manufacturing & Industrial Department. You will predominantly be recruiting high volume tempoary workers in to a range of manufacturing companies and be reacting at short notice to their requirements. You will be required to screen and interview potential candidates and induct them on-site at our clients` premises. Due to the nature of the industries our clients operate in and the needs of their business, this does sometimes have to be across evenings and weekends. This however is the exception rather than the rule and does form part of our on call rota.
Whilst we have a high volume of existing clients with whom you will be working, as with most recruitment roles, consultative sales will form part of your daily duties and this is something that you must embrace. You must be able to show ingenuity, determination and tenacity in your approach. Our aim is to turn you into a true 360 recruitment professional.
You will be joining a team of dedicated and experienced recruitment professionals and support staff, who will share their knowledge and expertise with you, as well as the roller coaster ride that the recruitment industry undoubtedly provides! In order to be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Be degree educated
- Have a Full UK driving licence
- Be ambitious, articulate and have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to liaise with people at all levels, from job seekers to high level clients
- Have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work on your own initiative
- Be a strong team player
- Have excellent personal presentation, dressing appropriately for the corporate environment at all times
HOURS OF WORK AND CONTRACT
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, although you may be required to work longer hours, at short notice, as and when required to suit the needs of the business.
You will also be part of an on-call rota where you will be required to take a mobile phone home with you (including over weekends) in order to react to any client or candidate requirements. Total flexibility is therefore essential.
This is a permanent contract with a 6 month probation period.
