We’re flexible on your location, but you’ll need to be able to travel to our Milton Keynes office occasionally for any collaborative work with the rest of the team!

How can you change it up?
We’re growing fast at CityFibre and we have ambitious goals – this means our recruitment team has a sizeable (but exciting) challenge ahead to support the business in hiring the very best people to help us achieve these.
Your main focus will be to support on all our candidate attraction activities and to work towards ensuring we have a ‘best in class’ candidate journey. This will include owning projects like creating engaging job adverts, analysing our data to help contribute to our overall channel strategy (as well as owning the relationship with our partners), working with our Recruitment Business Partners to advise on candidate attraction methods suitable for their roles, taking responsibility for the recruitment content on our intranet, maintaining best practice across the team and thinking of creative and new ways to elevate our candidate experience.
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll be a creative and ambitious graduate who has the confidence to take the lead on and drive forward exciting projects in the team. You won’t be afraid to challenge the norm and shake things up with your fresh ideas.
It’s a busy work environment and there’s always lots going on which means you’ll need to be proactive and great at managing your time, with the ability to comfortably juggle a varied workload.
