Anderselite are one of the region’s best known Construction Recruitment Consultancies and we are looking for a Trainee Consultant/Recruitment Resourcer to assist on one of the busiest desks in our Leeds office. This represents an opportunity to gain a great understanding as to how recruitment works before taking over your own sector.
This is a very varied role but in essence, you will;
Be working fast paced, Technical and Construction based roles. You will be talking to multiple candidates every day.
Be required to work with computer systems and payment processes.
Have the opportunity to learn from one of the industries longest standing recruitment consultants.
Earn unlimited commission whilst learning the skills to develop your own business.
Be based in Leeds City Centre working for a market leading organisation, you will be an integral part of a successful team.
Be part of a longstanding company with over 30 years’ experience in the market.
Undertake a structured learning and development course to develop into a full consultant within 24 months. If you are currently working as a resourcer and want to move into your own desk, this is the perfect role for you.
Your Daily Duties will include;
Contacting and managing candidates
Organising starters, giving information and ensuring contracts are completed.
Dealing with our internal Payroll team to generate timesheets, solve admin issues.
Using the computer system to set up contracts and interviews, detailed conversations and compliance.
If you have experience within recruitment, construction, sales or resourcing, this will certainly be of benefit but we have a proven track record developing candidates with no experience.
