Due to expansion, HeatingSave is seeking a further Internal Sales Assistant to join our existing team. The position involves telephoning prospective customers and telling them about HeatingSave’s Government approved Building Management System. You will then send sales information to the customer and discuss with the customer whether they have any need for our products.
The objective here is to determine customer “need” for our products and services and to qualify seriousness and chances of getting business. Where there is a genuine chance of getting a sale, sales demonstrations are then arranged with a Sales Consultant. The office is fully computerised and is run as a paperless office.
Applications are invited from sales orientated people with a good telephone manner who either have previous sales experience or alternatively feel that they are naturally a “sales” person and can succeed in this role. They must also be “at ease” using PC’s and be a good communicator.
We will provide full training on our products and training on how to use our computer systems.
As the cost of gas, electricity and oil continues to climb higher, businesses need to install HeatingSave to cut their fuel bills. Buildings such as schools, care homes and most of those owned by small to medium sized businesses have very simple time clocks and boiler thermostats to control the heating; a hopelessly inefficient system of control based on technology of 100 years ago. Some of the more modern buildings have improved upon this position by installing a Building Management System. These reduce the waste somewhat, but are often incorrectly set up or even switched to “manual” has they are too complicated to use.
HeatingSave is an award winning Energy Management & Control system that saves between 25% and 50% off a buildings’ fuel usage whilst still keeping everyone warm. The minimum saving we have made in any building is 17%, usually a lot more. HeatingSave uses occupancy sensors to turn down the heating when nobody is about and automatically turns it up when the building is occupied, which makes it particularly suitable for variably occupied buildings, which most are? The beauty of HeatingSave is that is can be retrofitted to an existing central heating system.
HeatingSave is inexpensive and simple to install with a fast payback. (1 to 3 years). It is approved by the Government, the Energy Savings Trust and OfGem.
We will train you on how what HeatingSave does and how it works. We will then train you on how to use our computer system which manages the list of potential customers for you to call. You will call the customers and setup appointments for our Sales Consultant to visit. We need a keen, enthusiastic hard working person who gets on with people and has the confidence to talk to our contacts. This is a unique opportunity that will allow the successful candidate to grow with the business. You will be paid commission on the 1st sale made by the Sales Consultant to every customer where you make the appointment.
