One of Insight’s best performing teams is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to support Account Managers in everyday client management, order processing and internal and external client queries. This is a permanent contract with a start date of 6th October 2020.
Managed by a people-focused leader, the Enterprise Sales team is one of the most profitable teams at Insight! - Responding to enterprise clients queries – the first point of contact
- Communicate with Insight’s distributors
- Processing orders and following up
- Contribution to sales pitches, requests for information/proposals under the guidance of Inside Account Manager or Executive Account Manager
- Handling renewals
Skillsets & Experience Required:
- Previous administration experience in the IT industry
- Soft skills: adaptability, eagerness to learn, attention to detail
- Experience dealing with clients over an email (handling queries and complaints) – high volume
- Working knowledge of Microsoft – Excel and Word
