We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to work in our Charlton office.

Purpose of Role – To generate revenue through effective lead generation and the qualification and conversion of installation, maintenance and repair opportunities. The role is also responsible for receiving and registering incoming enquiries, working closely with the external sales team to secure site surveys and follow up quotations.

Responsibilities
  • To generate target levels of revenue for maintenance, repairs and installations
  • Account reviews and satisfaction surveys for new and existing customers
  • Provide an effective lead qualification service, that enables sufficient enquiry and conversion rates to deliver on budgets
  • Arranging customer site surveys and sales visits to support the field sales team
  • Creation, follow up and conversion of quotations
  • Daily liaison with external sales team
  • Accurate completion of sales reporting systems
  • Production of management information reports
Required Experience
  • Experience of sales, internal sales, telesales or sales administration
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
  • Be literate, articulate and numerate
  • Must have good communication skills
  • AC industry background or equivalent desired but not essential
Qualifications
Competencies/Behaviours

  • Telesales experience in contract management
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Good MS office experience i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Resolve problems efficiently
