My client is a market leader in the production, supply and installation of soundproofing and noise reduction materials across a wide range of sectors – including residential, commercial, healthcare and education. They support their customers every step of the way, from specification to installation, giving them unlimited access to their extensive technical knowledge and experience.

Internal Sales Executive

Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, the role of Internal Sales Executive is to manage a sales region of key account customers and proactively approach new customers to achieve and exceed KPI’s and targets. You will also input sales orders, make proactive outbound calls to allow you to achieve your KPI’s and take inbound calls and spot buying signals and covert to sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a region of key account customers
  • Order Inputting
  • Spot buying signals and ask investigative questions to narrow down a solution for customers.
  • Working to KPI’s to grow your regions sales, key accounts and dormant accounts
  • Identifying client needs in relation to product ranges
  • Management of your diary to make sure outstanding diary calls are made in an acceptable time frame
  • Booking appointments for externals sales (TSM’s/BDM’s/Technical)
  • Outgoing pro-active sales calls to prospect customers and task management
  • Preparing and sending out literature and samples
  • Salesforce use to the business’s mandatory standard as trained
  • Calculating prices, raising quotes for standard and bespoke products
  • Forecasting and building a pipeline of sales
  • Visiting customers/projects when required on ABI and use this information for tracking customers/projects
  • Clear and precise communication skills
  • Understanding and technical knowledge of the full product range and manufacturing processes
  • Identify new markets and proactively convert leads in to new accounts
  • Working with the internal project tracking team to narrow down which subcontractor will secure the project.
